	Submit Application Complete the MiraCosta College application online. Verify your identity using ID.me. Once your application is processed you will receive a Welcome email with your SURF ID number.

	Apply for Financial Aid Need Money for College? Financial aid can help! Fill out the FAFSA at fafsa.gov or California Dream Act Application at csac.ca.gov. Verifying your identity with ID.me when you apply to the college can help ensure you get your financial aid on time! Apply for scholarships at miracosta.edu/scholarships

	Complete Orientation Check your task list in SURF to complete Online Orientation Contact Orientation & Student Support Office

	Discover Careers & Explore Majors Explore your career interests and discover an Academic and Career Pathway (ACP)

	Connect with Academic Counseling Let our counselors assist you in selecting the right courses for your educational goal.

	Register and Pay Check the Course Placement and Guidenace Tile to review the courses recommended for your first semester. In SURF, register for the classes you selected. Pay online through SURF or in-person. Contact the Student Accounts office at 760.795.6835 with questions related to fees and parking permits.
